“I work entirely online, with evenings and weekends for full weeks.”
How I work
I work entirely online, with evening and weekend slots for people whose weeks are already full. A lot of my clients are talking to someone for the first time — that is very welcome here.
Integrative means I fit the approach to you, not the other way round. Practical when you want tools, reflective when you need room to think.
I can help with
- Stress & burnout
- Depression
- Confidence
- Men's mental health
Who I'm not the right fit for
Online work is not suitable if you need in-person support or are in crisis.
What happens in a first session
We start by talking about what has brought you here and what you would like to be different. You can ask me anything — about how I work, confidentiality, or fees. Nothing has to be decided in that first hour.
Fees & practical matters
Insurance
Self-funding clients only — no insurer billing
Accessibility
- Online and telephone sessions only
Cancellations
Cancel or move a session free of charge with 48 hours' notice. Later than that, the session is charged in full.
Breaks and holidays
Tell your counsellor as early as you can and your regular time is held for you — no charge for agreed breaks of up to three weeks.
Confidentiality
What you say stays between you, with the usual exceptions: risk of serious harm to you or someone else, or a legal requirement. Counsellors discuss their work in supervision without naming clients.
If something goes wrong
Tell your counsellor first if you can. You can also raise a concern with the platform, or complain directly to their professional register.
Training & registration
- Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
- Accredited Member, National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society
- Certified in Online & Telephone Counselling
- Enhanced DBS · Monthly professional supervision
Identity, qualifications, register membership and professional indemnity insurance checked on 21 Jul 2026. NCPS is an accredited voluntary register — counsellor and psychotherapist are not protected titles in the UK.
Check this registration on the NCPS registerWhat we've verified
Checked 21 Jul 2026We check documents, not clinical practice. “Counsellor” and “psychotherapist” are not protected titles in the UK, so we verify membership of an accredited voluntary register (BACP, UKCP, NCPS, BABCP) rather than a state licence. Badges are removed automatically if a registration lapses.
