One Good Hour exists to connect you with a counsellor — not to monetise your data. We collect the minimum needed to run the service: your account details, your bookings, and the messages you choose to send. We never sell data, and we never share what you tell us with advertisers.

Health-related information is special category data under UK GDPR. Everything you enter is stored on servers under our control, encrypted in transit, and visible only to the people who need it: you, and the counsellor you book with.

You can export or delete your account data at any time by emailing [email protected]. The full formal privacy policy will be published on this page before public launch.
