Psychodynamic Counsellor & Psychotherapist · verification in progress
“I help with grief, loss, and addiction through a safe, relational space where we explore what matters most to you.”
How I work
Hi, I mainly support people struggling with in loss (including bereavement and grieving something you may never had had) and addiction. If you need some help in this area, I'm here. An experienced psychodynamic counsellor and psychotherapist with a background in working with clients with personal struggles and emotional difficulties, I offer a safe clinical space for one-to-one brief intervention and longer-term counselling. Clients usually tell me which route they'd like early on and we can work with that in mind. I look forward to helping you establish your goal in therapy and working out how we can achieve this together. I will then support you in your journey towards or maintaining excellent mental health and emotional wellbeing. As well as warmth and empathy, I offer a balance of focusing on the therapeutic relationship in the room with professional skills and use this to serve your interests best.

How we check registrationsVerification status
Checks not done yetWe check documents, not clinical practice. “Counsellor” and “psychotherapist” are not protected titles in the UK, so we verify membership of an accredited voluntary register (BACP, UKCP, NCPS, BABCP) rather than a state licence. Badges are removed automatically if a registration lapses.
