“I help people whose worries have started running the show.”
How I work
I help people whose thoughts have started running the show — panic, intrusive worries, rituals, avoidance. CBT gives us a practical, evidence-based way to take charge again.
Sessions are structured and collaborative: we set goals, test things out between sessions, and measure what changes. Most of my clients work with me for 12 to 20 weeks.
I can help with
- Anxiety & panic
- OCD
- Phobias
- Sleep problems
Who I'm not the right fit for
CBT is not for everyone — if you want open-ended exploratory work, another approach may suit you better.
What happens in a first session
We start by talking about what has brought you here and what you would like to be different. You can ask me anything — about how I work, confidentiality, or fees. Nothing has to be decided in that first hour.
Fees & practical matters
Insurance
Recognised by Bupa, AXA Health, Aviva
Accessibility
- Step-free access
Cancellations
Cancel or move a session free of charge with 48 hours' notice. Later than that, the session is charged in full.
Breaks and holidays
Tell your counsellor as early as you can and your regular time is held for you — no charge for agreed breaks of up to three weeks.
Confidentiality
What you say stays between you, with the usual exceptions: risk of serious harm to you or someone else, or a legal requirement. Counsellors discuss their work in supervision without naming clients.
If something goes wrong
Tell your counsellor first if you can. You can also raise a concern with the platform, or complain directly to their professional register.

Check this registration on the BABCP registerWhat we've verified
Checked 2 Jul 2026We check documents, not clinical practice. “Counsellor” and “psychotherapist” are not protected titles in the UK, so we verify membership of an accredited voluntary register (BACP, UKCP, NCPS, BABCP) rather than a state licence. Badges are removed automatically if a registration lapses.
